Winning the Manager's Player award at the internal awards and passing all of my exams first time (so far!).

What advice would you give to someone considering applying?

Don't worry if you don't have relevant industry experience for the role. I'd been working in hospitality for eight years before joining Verve and many of my skills have been transferrable. Excellent communication, working well under pressure, time management and being able to think outside the box are just as important!
