Receiving the 'Spark' Award i 2024, it was heartwarming to know that I was thought of and recognised for my contributions and effort by my colleagues and SLT.

What advice would you give to someone considering applying?

Just go for it, it is a fantastic opportunity with great training and development! You don't need all of the answers, just a willingness to learn.
